Reflective of a legacy of constructed truth that is laden overwhelmingly with distortion, this work traces a lineage of impressions made on and by patterns in representation across eras and mediums.. Through modes of reenactment and reframing to manufacture imagery, processes and materials mirror the means of production through which a bombardment of repeated misrepresentations have culminated to impact even today’s cultural treatment of gendered correctness.
